hi... Installing new android and flashing firmware are same?? plz help me my moto g is stucked on boot loader message..i just wanted to root my phone...but i think i flashed a wrong file... plz help me ..i tried wipe

i just download kali torrent (2.0) from its site....i make a bootable pendrive to install..i graphical install it but when it restart after installing it shows a dash and does not start..i waited for 30 mins but nothing happen...i try to re install it but same problem.....HELP ...more
