About Ted Pastrick
Ted Pastrick started his Seido training in August, 1981. He trained at the New York City honbu (headquarters) with Kaicho Tadashi Nakamura, Seido's founder, until 2000, when he re-located to Los Angeles and began teaching Seido in the Greater Los Angeles area. He's a physical therapist by profession.
