I've been trying to research on the stagefright exploit but I couldn't understand properly. What exactly does this exploit do and how does it work ?

I have my home Internet connection running, I wanted to connect to that connection from my school. Is there anyway I can do that ?

How can I bypass this step , because the Apple service won't help me.
