I'm running the FreeSG3 rom for Sprint and while I like it, the stock look is getting a little boring. I see themes on the Play store but they're mainly for CM or launchers. Are there other themes I can install that work system wide?

I recently rooted my S3 (finally!), but want to update to the newest TWRP recovery. Right now I have ClockworkMod but I hear that TWRP is better for this phone. Do I flash it with odin, is there something I can download directly, or is there some other way?
