I assume since my N7 supports USB On-The-Go that I can plug in a USB to ethernet adapter. Is my assumption correct and if so does anyone have any hardware recommendations?

I have done this on other devices but I am having a few issues accomplishing this on my N7. Any brilliant minds want to share and receive my eternal gratitude?

Can I use the bluetooth on my Galaxy S3 to control my tablet?

Obviously Google doesn't expect people to use the camera on the Nexus 7 since I can't seem to find an app on the tablet. Any recommendations before I go bore myself in the Play store?

What is the fastest (and best) way to create a call rejection list? I want to also have the ability to play specific messages to certain numbers. Can I do this through my carrier or do I need to download an app? Please excuse my ignorance as I just broke free from my iPhone.
