Have a Samsung S4 Active ATT SGH-i537 Need to unlock it. Try suggestions but once I reach Perso screen I don't have the option to follow through with the process

To unlock it follow the instructions all of you have kindly shared BUT when I get to the Perso screen CAN'T find it. I only get 2 options Appreciate any help
