I've been runing a B&B here n Gruene about 12 years. I wrote dev. plan, did the research to get Gruene listed on Nat'l REg. of Historic PLaces, '74. Then i was asked to write Deed Restrictions, defended them in court, brought TV and news papers to town, organized music festival to pay the legal fees, and brought the TV stations back to cover the music festival. Willy Nelson was one of the stars! I am passionate about most things in my life, perhaps a bit too intense, but then does that makes up
