I just stumbled upon this site! It seems like the perfect place to find all kinds of good info! I'm currently doing the Body-For-Life challenge with my fiance. We are getting married this October. It has been great so far. I only had one minor injury that I worked my way through. Now we're starting Week 4 and going strong!
